Due to the personal nature of body jewelry, returns and exchanges are not accepted on jewelry that has been taken out of the sealed package it arrives in. Returns and exchanges of un-opened jewelry will be accepted up to 14 days after the delivery date.
To fully guarantee quality of your jewelry purchase, we ship orders in a sealed, tamper-proof pouch that our staff will initial. This allows you to see each piece in person and check sizing before wearing.
We will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery provided the jewelry has not been worn or removed from it's sealed pouch. Please verify each piece before wearing. We CAN NOT accept returns or exchanges on body jewelry once the sealed package is opened or tampered with. This policy is for your personal safety, the safety of our staff, and the safety of our clients.
If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our piercing staff at 319-294-4197. Unopened jewelry can be exchanged or refunded once the return jewelry is received, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded in the case of a return or exchange.
